Will my Swiss retirement payments to a US bank be taxable?

I am a US-Swiss dual national - Born in Alaska in Dec. 1958 (64 yo).
My wife is a US-born citizen - Born in Nov. 1957 (65 yo).
We got married in 2001 in Geneva, Switzerland.
I worked in Geneva from 1982 to 2004 and paid into Swiss SS (AVS) for 22 years.
My wife never worked in Switzerland.
Retirement age in Switzerland: Men - 65, Women - 64
We moved from Geneva to southeast Georgia, USA in Nov. 2004.
I have been employed since then and will continue to work after my 65th birthday this year.
My current AGI is above $50k, less than $100k.
When I retire from my current job, I will be receiving benefits from the Teacher Retirement System.
I have paid into US SS for a few quarters but not enough to receive any benefits other than Medicare.
My wife is not eligible for US SS benefits other than Medicare.
My wife receives Swiss SS ($135/m paid once a year, in Jan.) because she's married to a Swiss citizen.
US taxes filed jointly.
Is my wife's and my (when I turn 65) Swiss SS taxable?
How should it be reported?
I know there are tax treaties between the US and Switzerland. Not sure if any of them apply to my situation.
Thanks for your assistance!
