Most likely you are eligible. The income threshold is the primary factor. The instructions to 1023Ez have a worksheet to determine your eligibility. The form must be completed online. The registration fee has recently been reduced to $250 from $400.

my only concern was one of their criteria said you can't be a school - we aren't a school, but the club is a booster for the school - guess that's ok.
