I OFFER A SERVICE OF GOING TO THE LOCAL IRS OFFICE WITH A NEW CLIENT TO FIX THEIR OLD TAX PROBLEMS.. MY PROBLEM? i DONT CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE EVEN THOUGH I AM THERE SOMETIMES FOR 2 HOURS OR MORE.. WHAT SHOULD I CHARGE IF ANYTHING? OR IS THIS JUST PART OF THE SERVICE WE ALL PROVIDE.?

Technically you can go along with a client and assist them but since you are not an EA you can not represent the client. You should at the very minimum have had some training in dealing with the IRS in an audit or collections process or you might be doing more harm then good.
That being said, you are not required to charge for this service, however you need to have a clearly worded and signed engagement letter before doing this. If your clients ever end up in tax court the very first person their attorney is going to throw under the bus is you.
And with that being said, you should definitely be charging for audit assistance!
