How do I file a complaint with the governing body of CPA's?

There are two Shareholders in a Corporation with Shareholder 1 owning 50% and Shareholder 2 owning 50% of the Corporation. Shareholder 1 is a very aggressive and unethical Shareholder which created Ethical Shareholder 2 to leave. Unbeknownst to Shareholder 2, Shareholder 1 tells his CPA to fix the books and not pay the Ethical Shareholder 2 any dividends or reimbursements for all paid expenses. They apparently did not review the discovery before it was sent. Apparently, no one reviewed thousands of pages of discovery as in the pages are all these side notes indicating “do not pay Shareholder 2” that the CPA wrote.

The CPA has been Shareholder’s 1 CPA for many years. The CPA is colluding with Shareholder 1 with fraud against Shareholder 2. The CPA also sent Shareholder 2 a bill for $1700 for work that Shareholder 2 never authorized (the work was authorized by Shareholder 1 only and completely unbeknownst to Shareholder 2). The CPA is billing Shareholder 2 for an unauthorized work. Additionally, Shareholder 1 and CPA obtained all my personal Bank Records from Bank Of America without my knowledge or consent.

How can I protect myself from Shareholder 1 and the CPA who are committing fraud? We are just at the discovery stage and they are bleeding my family financially which is their intention.

How do I file a complaint with the governing body of CPA's?

What would you do if you were us? This all started when I tried to extract myself from doing any business with him. He never worked a day in the company.
