Prior to the establishment of CJ&A, Conrad has spent over 14 years working in operations, leadership and client services within the cost segregation industry. Duties included production, training, account management and quality control. Conrad has personally performed over 1000 engineering based studies on office buildings, medical office and medical facilities, supermarkets and retail centers, automobile dealerships and automotive repair facilities, manufacturing plants and production facilities, motels and hotels, nursing home and assisted living facilities and warehouse properties.
Prior to his career in cost segregation, Conrad earned his BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia. After graduating in 1996, he worked in the Power Generation industry where he acted as a Design Engineer and Project Manager for numerous multi-million dollar hydroelectric power plant upgrades. Conrad also performed Field Engineering in the Paper & Pulp Industry which involved field documentation and project coordination of numerous Instrumentation and System upgrade projects. His responsibilities included coordination of engineering documentation, sub-contractor scheduling and field verification of all instruments, hardware, power requirements and control system communication.
Conrad retired from the Navy in 1996 where he served as an Aviation Electronics Technician.
