Vice president of tax department with responsibilty for the timely and accurate preparation of any taxes imposed on the Company. This includes the computation of income taxes presented in the Company’s financial statements (annual report , SEC filings), the filing of tax returns in all jurisdictions in which the Company engages in business (IRS tax returns and state tax returns), payroll tax filings, property tax returns, sales and use tax returns and excise tax returns.

In addition, analyze the tax impact of proposed transactions, pending legislation and provides tax forecasts for the Company’s annual budget.
