Murray Solomon, CPA, is a tax partner with more than 23 years of experience and expertise in tax planning, the structuring of corporate transactions, and the treatment of sponsorship, licensing, and broadcasting agreements, with an emphasis on advising multi-national public media and entertainment companies. Murray has also advised companies on international and state & local tax matters. His expertise includes FAS 109 tax accounting with significant experience preparing and reviewing tax provisions for SEC and privately held companies.

Murray has also been a tax specialist in the sports industry advising the NBA, MLB, MLS, the NHL and several professional sports teams. He also has experience in a wide range of industries from international shipping to the music industry. Formerly, he was a principal at Ernst & Young and most recently served as senior vice president of tax for Marvel Entertainment, Inc., a publicly traded film, entertainment, and publishing company.
