Responsibilities include federal and state tax preparation and review, tax research, tax planning and tax representation. Expert knowledge and skills negotiating with federal tax authorities on a wide range of tax issues.

Currently I deal with many complex tax issues that arise for my business and individual clients. On an ongoing basis, I handle tax issues that a regular tax preparer may see once a year or once in a career. Because of the diversity and difficulty of returns that I deal with I have developed a deep knowledge about US individual taxation. Since I work with clients in several states I am multi state licensed as an insurance agent in addition to being a general securities broker / investment advisor representative with Centaurus Financial Incorporated, based in Anaheim, California.
