I am an Enrolled Agent with extensive corporate tax return compliance skills. This included partnerships for a large dairy processing company as well as consolidated corporate tax returns. The majority of my background is with domestic corporations although I have prepared Canadian Returns for various subsidiaries of the firms that I worked for. The last twenty years of my corporate experience was Treasury Management overseeing the Tax Department, Cash Management Department, Insurance (Risk) Department and Budgeting Departments. Since 1998 I have operated my own business in the fields of tax compliance and accounting. After passing the SEE (Special Enrollment Examination), I have also represented individuals and corporations before all administrative areas of the Internal Revenue Service. I have also represented clients before the California Franchise Tax Board for Income Tax issues and California Board of Equalization for Sales and Use Tax Audits and Real Estate tax appraisals.
