With more than 35 Federal Departments participating in the website, it is actually designed to encourage public involvement and citizen input.

How To Use The Regulations.Gov Website To Look Up Newly Proposed Federal Regulations By The IRS
- Go to https://www.regulations.gov
- Under “Newly Posted” click on Last 90 Days.
