There should be a line item asserting the expenses attributed to maintaining the naughty list.
The Elf On the Shelf is reimbursed for his/her ‘fly-age’ (mileage but flying) and and I don’t see that under the credits. He (the Elf on the Shelf) used to just deduct that on his personal return along with the paper and pens he uses for the notes he leaves. But since that is no longer deductible on the itemized deductions then he negotiated his contract with Santa for 2018. That is a lot of fly-age every day
