Credit - no. Deduction - yes in 2013. Companies are allowed to deduct the cost of providing healthcare insurance providing they offer the same coverage to all employed and at the same level of coverage.
Next year (2014) with the Obama health care coverage taking over there will be significant changes available in credits for your employees to take advantage of if you stay under 50 employees. If you have more than 50 employees next year there could be some major changes that you will need to understand as will your employees with regard to healthcare insurance. Right now I don't believe very many people fully understand what is going to happen including myself. The rules are still being defined to some extent by the IRS who will administer the program as a tax.
