The first page of Form 5471, Item C, asks for the total percentage of voting stock owned. What are the constructive ownership rules that apply here?

I am US citizen living in the UK and have started a foreign company with my UK spouse. I am a category 4 filer because of my spouse, but not a category 5 because spouse is a non-resident alien.
