Binding information about the tax situation of taxpayers, including, by law, their eligibility for tax benefits, shall be requested from the most senior tax director, and the application should be accompanied by a description of the facts, the tax treatment of which is being queried.
The application may be made by taxpayers, other interested parties or their legal representatives by electronic means and by way of a form to be approved by the most senior tax director, and the answer shall be delivered by the same route within 150 days.
