I work as a statutory employee for 2 companies. One company offers an indemnity health plan. I usually work 1-3 hours per week for this company and therefore qualify for the lowest tier of the plan; only employees working 30 hours or more are considered to have sufficient coverage to meet the ObamaCare requirements. I buy individual health insurance. Am I allowed to take the self-employment health insurance deduction even though I have some "health coverage" through my employer?

Unfortunately the fact you have the ability to have coverage at work, whether you take it or not, exempts you from the self employed coverage deduction.
