I live in Ohio and my job transferred me to an Indiana location last year. Am I required to pay indiana taxes along with my ohio taxes? Also my employer never took out any local taxes once I transferred to Indiana..am I responsible for local taxes in Indiana as well? I don't live in Indiana I just commute there for work everyday.

You are a resident of Ohio for tax purposes. I believe Ohio cities have a local tax as well as State tax. When you file your returns, you will file an OH Resident Return and an IN Non-Resident return.
Your employer is most likely taking out taxes for both states. Whatever amount is paid to IN should be taken as a credit on the OH return. OH should have a form or a line for that amount. I do not think you have to pay local taxes to jurisdictions in IN.
