With fewer than 50 full time equivalent employees you are not required under Obamacare to provide health insurance for your employees.

You also want to make sure that you don't give them money to pay for their own insurance policy because you will be penalized for offering a policy that is not from an insurance company ie does not comply with the minimum care required under ObamaCare. Now that employers and insurance companies must comply with ObamaCare rules we should see a better healthcare system.
