Contact UsI am in the process of helping a client close a Nevada LLC that is and always was an inactive holding company. It is a single member LLC and no returns have been filed, so no election to be classed as a disregarded entity has been made. Do I need to file an initial return to make that election and then subsequent Schedule Cs showing no activity and a final return notice on the Schedule C for this year?
there was no investment activity at any time. The company held currency assets and never traded them. It will distribute them back to the Sole Owner upon dissolution.
