Rebecca is an experienced tax executive who has worked in both public accounting and industry positions for over 25 years. She has worked with “The Big Four”, owned her own firm, been a partner in a small accounting firm, and worked for both large and small financial institutions during that time. Her strengths are in the area of state tax policy and planning, but she has an extensive background in tax compliance and federal taxation as well. Rebecca is highly respected as an expert in the State and Local tax arena, both locally and nationally, and she is a frequent contributor to the tax policy debate.

Rebecca has been the State and Local Planning Director for U.S. Bank for nearly 14 years, and currently holds the title of Vice President. In her role with the bank, she is responsible for coordinating with many different areas of the company, to assure compliance with the myriad of state and local tax requirements of a very large, multinational company, and to minimize tax liability and risk wherever possible.

In addition to her career in tax, Rebecca has served on a number of boards of directors for various non profits. She is a frequent speaker at COST conferences and seminars, and has authored tax policy articles for local publications.
