Jeff Huang is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over 16 years experience of public accounting, including experience in Arthur Anderson, ~ one of big 4 accounting firms, & senior management experience as a CFO & Controller and private accounting experience in one of fortune 500 firms. Jeff specializes in small & medium size business management & tax planning, real estate taxation & planning, foreign nationals taxation, IRS audit representation, start-up business, accounting, financial reporting, and management consulting.

Jeff received his master degree in business administration from University of California, Riverside and bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from one of top ten universities in China.

Born and raised in southern China, Jeff came to the States in his early twenties. In addition to CPA and MBA, Jeff is also a certified QuickBooks Pro-advisor, Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator
