Mr. Prow has more than 28 years of corporate tax, operations, and public accounting experience and a proven track record of leadership in the tax industry. Currently Mr. Prow is a Global Tax Innovation leader at EY. Prior to assuming this role Mr Prow was part of the Global Compliance and Reporting Transformation Team. He lead work streams in Engagement Management Services, Technology and Knowledge. The goal of the GCRT is to transform the way that Record to Report services are provided to multinational clients.
In previous executive roles, Mr. Prow has assisted companies and clients with complex tax advice, funded entrepreneurs with innovative tax- related business ideas, and led a company that developed enterprise-class corporate tax software.
