Hudson’s belief is that tax payers deserve to be coached on how to lower their tax exposure and have their questions answered by a knowledgeable tax professional. In 2009, Mr. Etienne expanded his vision to offer business opportunities for entrepreneurs to reach their professional and personal goals when he franchised the business. Hudson Etienne is the Founder and President of TAX DRx Financial Corporation; an idea which he conceived while writing a business plan for a finance class he was taking during his studies at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). Hudson later graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering with a minor in Finance and Accounting. He worked as a Consultant Engineer for the United Parcel Service until 1997 when he left to pursue entrepreneurial aspirations. In 2000 Hudson founded Omni Planning Group; a tax and financial planning firm, later to be known as TAX DRx Financial Corporation. Hudson is certified as a Registered Financial consultant, an IRS Enrolled Agent, an Accredited Tax Advisor (ATA), and an Accredited Tax Preparer (ATP).
