    Professional Summary

We seek clients for webcasts 40+ (video and audio), course development, NASBA/IRS/CLE approved self study courses, and live speeches/and training seminars.

We have a state of the art video/audio recording studio. Programs are recorded with green screen backgrounds, HD video, JPEG imbedded Powerpoints, outstanding audio, etc. The programs are marketed either on a licensing agreement or royalty agreement.

We could provide to you the promotional material, Powerpoints, textbooks, and self study material. The courses could be provided to you as a DVD, MP 3/4 file, or on a remote hard drive.

We "recycle" 48 years of wisdom. We teach by explaining real situations and not by reciting a textbook's abstract ideas. How many instructors have 30 years of high level Internal Revenue Service experience dealing with thousands of taxpayers in complicated tax situations? Is your instructor the co-author of the first IRS Examination Standards? Has the instructor taught at a major university and also provided continuing professional education to more than twenty-five thousand CPAS, Attorneys, Enrolled Agents, and nonprofit staff members/directors? How many instructors are retained by CPA firms and law firms to represent them in their own IRS tax controversy issues? Has your instructor had a nationally syndicated radio program on AM, FM, and PBS stations for 9 years making difficult tax and nonprofit issues more understandable? Is your instructor the author of four published books on taxation
