We assist client to design and implement their global transfer pricing policy. We prepare transfer pricing documentation and review their compliance with OECD and local standards.
We defend our clients in audit and represent them before French Courts and also in mutual agreement procedures.
This role includes but is not limited to drafting replies to auditors queries and negotiating settlements, proposing economic analysis and creative solutions to resolve complex transfer pricing/international tax disputes for our clients.
We also assist our clients in tax raids being conducted by the tax authorities (permanent establishment assessment) and coordinate with criminal lawyers in complex audit situations.
Our role requires strong analytical and research skills, including effective written and verbal communication skills.
