Erki Uustalu, LLM (Leiden University), is Tax Counsel at Eesti Energia AS (Enefit). He started his career with PwC in 1997. From 2000-2003, he worked as a Program Coordinator for the International Tax Center Leiden and was a Researcher at the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation (IBFD) in Amsterdam. In 2004, he was appointed as a Counsellor to the Estonian Ministry of Finance in tax and gambling policy matters, where he served until rejoining PwC in May 2007. From May 2013 he is Tax Counsel at Eesti Energia AS.
