Event Description
The Norwegian IFA Branch invites you to join your Nordic IFA colleagues for a conference that aims to discuss legal topics relevant across national borders for any day-to-day practice of international tax law in the Nordic countries.
The program is under development and will include speakers from a mix of academia, government and private practice, and from a variety of jurisdictions. The draft program includes notables such as Philip Baker and Jakob Bundgaard, both well-known from many IFA events in the past. Topics includ Tax Payer Rights, Corporate Residency, State Aid in a fiscal context, and several topics labelled "the BEPS aftermath", such as dispute resolution, country by country reporting and a discussion of the risk for increased double taxation.
Save the date while we focus on bringing you the best possible international tax event for the Nordic countries in the spring of 2016, and wait for the complete invitation and final program.
