Event Description
Dear Friends of IFA,
It is an annual feature of the Mauritius Branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) to organise an international tax conference in Mauritius in the month of May. It is the only conference of its kind in this part of the world bridging Africa and Asia. In 2015, the conference had an attendance of nearly 200 delegates, constituting of more than 25% foreign delegates, all high level professionals from over 15 countries.
The 2016 event will be focusing on the most recent issues relating to the Asia/Africa region the key topics being
Day 1: Protecting Taxpayers rights and regional (including Africa) updates
Day 2: BEPS and the next steps
