Thoihen Heisnam is transfer pricing director and economist specializing in inter-company pricing analysis, economic and financial analysis, and the economic valuation of tangible and intangible property.

Since joining PwC in 2007, Thoihen has been advising multinational companies on complex transfer pricing matters related to intercompany pricing arrangements and associated audits. Thoihen has extensive experience in developing, implementing, documenting and defending transfer pricing/ tax operating models that align and adapt with the businesses of multinational corporations, and the constantly evolving regulatory landscape including the OECD BEPS action items and the US TCJA. Thoihen has been providing technology-enabled consulting services to help clients optimize tax transfer pricing functions, including value chain transformation, intangible property transfer planning and documentation.
