Prior to joining TaxConnections as the VP of International Sales Operations, Ms. Holland held various Director and Sr. Management roles where she oversaw the teams and the systems and processes for sales, legal, and training in the Resort and Real Estate Development, Franchise, and International stock loan industries. She has overseen complex launches that produced from $13M-$76M in one-day sales and facilitated international transactions.

Ms. Holland is laser-focused on solving clients' needs by expanding their markets nationally and internationally. She is a systems thinker and process application proponent - utilizing replication of such to drive successful results for our clients.

Ms. Holland is an accomplished athlete and personal trainer on land and water - challenging her personal best in events such as Pike's Peak marathon in Colorado. She utilizes her sports and mental perseverance and determination to bring a solution-focused, positive approach to finding solutions to complex problems and business challenges. Participating in charities that focus on animals and children, she applies mental flexibility and patience from many years of international travel and studies. She earned her B.A. from Wesleyan Women's College and her J.D. from Mercer University Law School.
