I have been an active tax practitioner since 1978. I have a J.D. degree and am a member of the State Bar of Texas. I practice in the areas of Taxation and Finance. I am highly skilled in the resolution of tax controversy matters involving failure to file and pay taxes. Innocent Spouse matters, and Offer in Compromise, Payment plans and Bankruptcy. I have many years experience in the drafting of commercial agreements of all sorts as well as work-outs with banks and lending entities. I have a number of business entities for which I act as their Corporate counsel assisting them in the proper maintenance of their corporate records. I often tell my clients that there is Profit in Chaos and that good record keeping saves them both time and money. My office offers a full range of accounting services and I have a number of CPA who are independent contractors available to assist clients in need of a temporary or permanent accountant.
I have worked in this area for many years and know my way about. There are no miracle cures for tax problems. The public is assaulted by a never ending stream of advertisement offering the quick, easy, painless, and inexpensive "help" with their tax problem. All of these are at best exaggerations and more truthfully outright lies. There is noting easy, cheap, or painless in solving a tax problem and nothing worse than fining you have paid for something you didn't get. There are people in this industry who will cheat you. I am no one of them.
