Scott joined Levun, Goodman & Cohen, LLP in 2024 after more than 17 years with a national CPA and consulting firm. Mr. Miller focuses his practice primarily in the areas of taxation, tax consulting, partnership law, corporate law, M&A and estate and succession planning. Prior to joining LGC, Mr. Miller devoted a majority of his time in developing tax strategies to accomplish the personal goals of clients, their families, and their closely held businesses. This included tax minimization strategies for all entity types, business reorganizations for partnerships, S corporations and C corporations, and estate and succession planning. Additionally, he counseled clients in merger and acquisition transactions involving the sales of businesses, infusion of capital, rollover transactions, and many other transactions.
