Served clients for over 20 years in consulting, "Big 4" public accounting, and industry, providing such services as federal and state income/franchise tax compliance and consulting, sales/use tax consulting, audit support and credits and incentives reviews. In 2002, I left "Big 4" to start Miles Consulting, and in 2012 we proudly celebrated the company's 10 year anniversary! I'm now in my 15th year of specialized service to great clients.

My goals are to provide the best service and value to my clients and to continue to grow and build on the success of our business.

My passions include volunteer efforts with the Accounting and Financial Women's Alliance, where I've served as the National President (2011/2012), serving as the current President of NAWBO-Silicon Valley, and volunteering; raising money annually through the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Specialties: We specialize in multi-state taxation for corporations - helping companies determine WHERE they are taxable (have "nexus"), whether their products and services are taxable, and where there might be exemptions or credits.

Recent Awards: I'm proud to have been recognized by CPA Practice Advisor as one of the "25 Most Powerful Women in Accounting" for 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015. And in 2013, NAWBO-Silicon Valley Chapter honored me as the "Woman Business Advocate of the Year". And the Silicon Valley Business Journal honored me as a Woman of Influence in 2014.
