Program Management: Over 15 years of experience with full-cycle software implementations in the e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing industries. As a functional consultant and project manager, my strenghs include a strong ability to understand the dynamics of technology projects, and to analyze business processes, implement business/technology solutions, and resolve issues for large projects and programs.

Relationship Management: Because of early experience as a business process owner in accounting, I have a strong sense of the importance of excellent partnerships with the business to ensure that processes and systems are performing at their optimum state. Having over 9 years experience from the business owner’s point of contact for systems needs, I am focused on ensuring excellent customer service.

Solution Planning: By looking into the future of the business through their strategic plans, I have been able to design 3 to 5 year roadmaps for future technology projects to ensure that business critical success factors can be achieved. Building strong business cases and benefit analysis is also critical to initiate projects and to determine resource planning and budget. Given my strong aptitude for developing plans to get projects ‘off the ground’, I work hand-in-hand with business leadership.
