Professional Summary
As Executive Vice President of Tax Technology, Justin leads DMA’s Tax Technology team as well as tax system implementations and development efforts. He is responsible for operations related to the implementation and integration of transaction tax software solutions, automation of tax processes, and delivery of DMA’s suite of software solutions. Additionally, Justin works closely with DMA’s technology and tax engine partners to identify the appropriate solutions and technology to streamline our client’s tax environment and gain efficiencies in processes. Justin also leads DMA’s Alliances group and ensures exceptional services are delivered that benefit our mutual clients. In addition, Justin is responsible for DMA’s Unclaimed Property operations, including the industry-leading unclaimed property management software (AUPTC).

Justin has years of experience with transaction tax automation, compliance processes, and tax software implementation and integrations. Justin leveraged his sales/use tax expertise and joined DMA’s Tax Technology Division, where he expanded his knowledge regarding implementation processes, integration procedures, and the overall development process thereby giving him a broad base of knowledge in sales/use tax services and solutions as well as marketplace technologies. He began his career performing accounting functions within the industry prior to joining DMA’s Sales/Use Tax Division, where he provided sales/use tax overpayment reviews and audit assistance.
