Most recently I provided quality customer service and support (remotely by phone or computer chat sessions) regarding both Federal and State income tax matters for Turbo Tax (Intuit) software customers with tax compliance issues and data navigation issues and data entry questions for individuals preparing their own income tax returns filed either electronically or with printed paper forms.
