Professional Summary

I am formally a State and Local Tax (SALT) professional with the vast amount of my experience in controversy (I/F, S/U, & P). Most recently, I worked for a mid-sized accounting firm in SALT and was exposed to a kaleidoscope of issues in SALT controversy. Our group became particularly good with issues relating to residency and nexus. I've also represented the State of Illinois, Department of Revenue as a Special Assistant Attorney General prosecuting corporate and individual income tax issues and spent a full-year with the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, managing the LITC as a student.

I also have a notable history at the intersection of law and technology. I was the Director of Georgetown University Law Center's online programs. As a student at the Law Center, I was lucky enough to build courses for professors as their teaching assistant under the direction of some very impressive people. Then, I was hired-on full time as the director to build and administer more of them. Presently, I'm consulting in tax and technology as I seek for my next opportunity.

I am presently seeking employment in SALT or Transfer Pricing. Please reach out to or (571) 830-5525 for more information. Thank you.
