- Cross-border tax advisory for U.S. multinational corporations investing outside the U.S., with strong working experience on U.S., China and Hong Kong cross-border corporate tax issues, planning and reporting.

- Implemented tax efficient structures for cross-border greenfield investments, including holding company structure, financing structure, market entry/expansion/exit strategies, supply chain management structure, intangibles tax planning and cash repatriation strategies.
