My family has been in the tax preparation & consulting business since 1965 through our family-owned and operated company, Pronto Income Tax, based out of Southern California.

Roundabout 2010, we started customizing our internal team training programs so that we could train other independent tax professionals.

We became one of the first IRS-approved education providers to train 100% via online self-study courses.

We differentiated ourselves from the start by:

1) Seeking to make our training relevant to what tax professionals actually do in serving real tax clients, not just "book learning."
2) Making learning about taxes FUN (or at least not ridiculously boring).

The online tax school that started as a "side project" eventually became my main gig and grew into the Pronto Tax School, Inc. that we are today.
