Kat Jennings

TaxConnections was founded by Kat Jennings who has more than thirty years of experience consulting to the worldwide tax community. Kat previously founded a leading consulting firm to multinational organizations where her responsibilities focused on searching for the best tax professionals in the world. TaxConnections was born out of her vision to help consumers worldwide save money with improved access to tax professionals with a wide range of tax expertise.

Kat was born and raised in Upstate New York in a small town named Geneva, on a beautiful lake called Seneca. She earned a Bachelor of Science in World Studies at Eisenhower College, a division of Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.

Luke Bodley

Our CMO, Luke Bodley was formerly Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Vibrant Promotions and Heaven Fest. Luke is recognized for producing and promoting Heaven Fest, the largest ticketed music festival in Colorado and the surrounding six state Rocky Mountain Region. He has a world of experience having traveled throughout Mexico, Brazil, Peru, Italy, South Africa and Mozambique to work with and support orphans in these countries. Luke has been interviewed by the Denver Post, Boulder Weekly, and the Reporter Herald. He brings a wide range of expertise to our organizations that includes product design and development, marketing and promotions experience.

Mark B

Our CTO, Mark B brings great strength to our media platform with experience in internet search applications that run thousands of hosts at multiple data centers. He has eCommerce experience on sites that received one million web page requests per minute during peak visitor times. Mark has more than twenty years of software engineering experience with Fortune 500 companies and government organizations. He has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota University in Fargo, North Dakota.

Tracey Glenn

Our DOO, Tracey Glenn has experience running an international services organization throughout the Americas. She brings government contract experience and deep operational skills. Tracey oversees a wide range of administrative responsibilities including member services, blogger administration, contracts, investor relations and quality assurance.

Chen-Ming Chen

Our CSO, Chen-Ming Chen previously held the role of Senior Programmer for six University of California, San Diego education institutions. He was responsible for overseeing more than seventy online UCSD systems for six University Provosts. He also maintained the database administration for more than one million student records in the UCSD systems. Chen has more than nine years of experience in software engineering and security. He has a Bachelor of Science in Information and Decision Systems from San Diego State University, San Diego, California and a Masters in Cyber Security and Information Assurance from National University, San Diego, California.

Aittidej “AJ” Tanvilai

AJ brings experience with operating systems and platforms that include Windows, Unix, and computer languages that include JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery, CSS, PHP, HTML, XML, MySQL, ASP.NET, C#, Python and Prolog. AJ moved to the United States with his family from Thailand and we are amazed at the speed which he works on projects. AJ earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of California, San Diego and is now working on his Masters in Computer Science.

Angel C

Angel has more than ten years managerial experience in automating and maintaining the configuration, build and test processes. He is highly skilled in building effective and productive working relationships between development and quality assurance teams. Angel has experience leading Quality Assurance teams in high technology Fortune 500 organizations. He has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University, San Diego, CA where he was a member of the Tau Promo Pi Engineering Honor Society.

Tony Chau

Tony oversees the promotion of TaxConnections across multiple social media platforms including Twitter, Linked In, Google Plus, Facebook, YouTube, and the Russian social media site VK.com. Tony formerly worked at CBS Sports Network where he was responsible for social media marketing. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sociology/Administrative Studies with a concentration in Marketing from University of California, Riverside, California.
